Caroline Woodward
Caroline Woodward is a writer of short and long fiction, poetry, book reviews, essays and children’s books, whose most recent books include A West Coast Summer and Light Years: Memoir of a Modern Lighthouse Keeper (Harbour Publishing). Her mystery novel Alaska Highway Two-Step was chosen as a Globe & Mail Editor’s “Top 100 Books Pick” and was also nominated for the Arthur Ellis Best First Mystery Novel. Among her many adventures, she has been a theatre producer, teacher, social worker, bookstore owner, and volunteer in Sri Lanka and India. Caroline and her husband Jeff George currently live and work on the Lennard Island Lightstation at the entrance to Clayoquot Sound near Tofino, B.C.
