Glenn Sanchez-Betancourt
Glenn is a HVAC technician, a writer and a former teacher. After being arrested and sentenced to a decade in prison, Glenn discovered a calling to teach philosophy and the Catholic faith to the incarcerated. He received training in Education at Lawtey Correctional Institution, and received a certificate on Catholic Morality from Catholic Distance University. He also received his EPA Certification for HVAC from Southern Technical College. During the pandemic, Glenn could not return to teach in prisons, and this led him to start writing on religion, literature and education. He is currently working on starting a non-profit that centers on providing a Liberal Arts education to the incarcerated.
